Molly grew up in Reno, NV and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Molly traveled around the country as a project manager for an electronic medical records company, wrote about medical studies as a regulatory writer, and worked as a certified ophthalmic assistant for a pediatric ophthalmologist.
Molly decided to become a nurse practitioner after being inspired by the healthcare providers and patients she met while working in hospitals assisting with electronic medical record installations. Molly obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Prior to moving to Virginia, Molly worked at a pediatric practice in Clarksville, TN.
Molly lives in Alexandria with her husband, Chris, and their two cats, Scout and Trixie. In her free time, Molly likes to run, cook, read, travel, drink coffee, and root on Notre Dame’s Fighting Irish football team. She also loves trivia and was a 4-day champion on the game show “Jeopardy!” in 2014.
